WHY do you do Pilates? 
I started doing Pilates about 15 years ago. During my first session, there was a beautiful women in her late 60’s on the Reformer next to me. She was doing an advanced inversion exercise (Short Spine), and she was performing it with such ease and grace. I knew at that moment that I would do Pilates for the rest of my life. I want to move through life with ease and grace (and with a hot booty as a bonus!).
What makes your class yours?  
My classes are athletic, challenging, and usually include at least one “party trick” – one of those exercises that you didn’t think you were strong enough to do. Let me prove to you that you can!
