WHY do you do Pilates? 
I practice both Pilates and Yoga regularly to keep my body balanced and connected. After a severe car accident and years of compounded injuries from dance training, I began to rehabilitate my body by focusing on more mindful methods of movement. I enjoy working together with like minded people, in a healthful environment. Every day I look forward to sharing the knowledge I have gained with my students and helping them shift their lifestyles to one that is more balanced and active.
