WHY do you do Pilates? 
I found Pilates in college. Opposed to anything cardio, I looked for a workout that would lengthen and tone my muscles without making me bulky. I had a knee issue, so anything that involved impact was out. Pilates was the perfect alternative. After having my first son, I decided to become certified in Pilates and began teaching. Becoming a mom meant making heath a top priority for my family. Practicing Pre and Post Natal Pilates was essential in keeping me in good shape so that I could keep up with my kids physically. Living with 4 boys, I now practice Pilates for my emotional heath, too.
