Why yoga?
Yoga is not only an essential practice to strengthen our bodies and to help us stay supple, but also to enable us to stay mindful and present in the moment. When we practice, we are forced to focus on the posture and the other little details of our lives just melt away. It helps to calm my mind in a way that other exercises fail to do for me. Over the 16 years that I’ve practiced yoga, it has been a constant source of inspiration for me and an essential tool to help me stay grounded and focused on living in the moment – especially as I’ve navigated the amazing and crazy busy journey of raising three kids.

In my yoga conditioning class, we will focus on developing the strength, balance and flexibility that we need to not only live our lives injury-free, but also to thrive in the physical activities that nourish our spirits.
